Can I order ready-stock products?
Yes. At the time of writing, selected ready-stock products are available from 5 sets. MOQ, availability, and ordering terms should be confirmed for the individual product before purchase.
Can you customize the design and packaging?
Yes. We support custom artwork, colors, branding, sizes, finishes, and packaging. Custom MOQ depends on the product and specification.
How long does production take?
Samples take around 10 days; bulk production usually takes 15–20 days. Unexpected issues may add several days, and shipping time is calculated separately. Timing begins after the final specification, production-ready artwork, sample, and required approvals are confirmed.
Is shipping included in the production estimate?
No. Shipping time is calculated separately and depends on the destination, shipping method, carrier service, customs, and other conditions.
How are products packed?
Most items are packed in individual OPP bags and then export cartons. The puzzle is shrink-wrapped and carton-packed.
