How do you use Mahjong shuffler cards?

1. Place the tiles face down on the table as usual.
2. Give each participant a shuffler card.

4. Move the broad face of the card through the tiles with loose circular or sweeping motions.
5. Keep movements controlled so the cards, tiles, and nearby hands do not collide.
6. When the group has finished mixing, set the cards aside before arranging the tiles for play.

The goal is not speed. A relaxed, coordinated motion helps the cards glide through the tiles while keeping the activity social and enjoyable.

How to care for PP shuffler cards

Wipe them after use

Remove loose dust with a soft, dry cloth. If additional cleaning is needed, use a slightly damp soft cloth and dry the cards fully before packing them away.

Avoid abrasive pads, strong solvents, and harsh cleaners. These may affect the printed surface or edges.

Store them flat

Return the four cards to their bag or another flat protective sleeve. Keep them away from prolonged heat, heavy objects, and tight folds that may distort the shape.

Inspect club sets regularly

For frequently used club or event sets, check that all four pieces are present and that the edges remain smooth. Remove a card from use if it becomes cracked, sharply bent, or damaged.

Keep sets together

Assign each set its own bag or labeled storage position. This makes setup and collection faster and reduces the chance of mixing pieces from different designs.

Ready stock, customization, and timing

Selected ready-stock products are currently available from five sets as a planning reference. Actual availability and the minimum order should be confirmed for the specific design.

Custom minimum quantities depend on the product specification, artwork, printing, die-cut shape, packaging, and quantity per design. They should be confirmed for each project.

A custom sample normally takes about 10 days after the specification and production-ready artwork are confirmed. Regular bulk production generally takes about 10–15 days after the required approvals are complete.

These are conditional planning estimates, not guaranteed completion or arrival dates. Actual timing depends on the confirmed specification, artwork, process, quantity, approvals, production schedule, and other project conditions. Unexpected circumstances may add several days, and shipping time is separate.

A practical club routine

Keep one complete four-card set with each table kit. At the end of a session, count the cards, wipe them if needed, let them dry, and return them to their assigned bag. This short routine helps volunteers prepare tables consistently without adding a complicated maintenance process.
